I probably should pay attention a little more when certain things are being said to me. It’s a problem I have. Actually, I know I’m not the only one that suffers from this horrible affliction. I believe it’s called “selective hearing.” So when my wife told me that I was NOT supposed to open an envelope with my name on it that would appear similar to one that she would receive that would be her birthday present…I guess it just slipped my mind. 
But I really do appreciate the wonderful gifts that arrived today from mom and Jen, and I thank you both. I just get so jealous seeing Meg ogling over her gifts that I HAVE to open something myself! Yeah, that’s why…
