The O’s just didn’t appear to want to play tonight, as they were held to only 2 runs on 3 hits. The Blue Jays, on the other hand, had themselves a blast, knocking in 11 runs, 4 of which came in the 1st inning. Eli Marrero brought in the only runs of the game for the O’s in the second inning with a 2-run homer.

Of course, Jorge Julio came in to start the 8th inning and proceeded to load the bases without giving up a hit. Mazilli then brought in Steve Reed, who ended the threat, but only after giving up one run.
