Betas released

Woohoo! Major excitement for me. As mentioned before, there are two gallery alternatives that I feel are going to be great additions to any web site. And it just so happens that each of the developers have released updated beta versions of their software. The hunt for gallery software

I’m dying to get a gallery online. I have tons of pictures that I’d love to put up, but I can’t find an adequate software package that has the capabilities and feature-set that I’d like. I’m probably being too picky, but I need something stable, something secure, and most importantly: something that integrates with my modified theme in WordPress. I’m s…l…o…w…l…y adding new sections to the site, and the most important thing to me is uniformity. I want everything to look like it’s from the same place, and belongs together.

iPod Winamp plugin

Wired.com is reporting about a plugin, called ml_iPod, for Winamp that allows users to manage their iPod music collection through the plugin, completely bypassing iTunes. Personally, I’m a huge Winamp fan, and I’ve had some concerns with the iTunes interface, so I’ll be checking out this plugin.
